New York Woman Discovers Shocking Items in Hinge Date’s Bathroom

A New York woman has gone viral on TikTok after sharing shocking footage from the inside of her date’s bathroom. What she saw in his shower might force him to come clean.
The content creator, known only as Claire, purportedly met the anonymous man on the dating app Hinge before ending up back at his Big Apple apartment.
But the night seemingly stopped going smoothly when Claire stepped away to use the bathroom and found several unexpected items inside.
In the video, which has clocked up more than 12 million views since it was posted last week, Claire claimed she discovered expensive skincare stored in the man’s bathroom cabinet. She zoomed in on some of the products before panning to three lavish Le Labo Santal 26 candles placed elegantly on top of the toilet. Total cost: $84.
Claire squealed at the date’s decadent decorations, before scanning her smartphone camera across to the shower, which featured a trendy Jolie filtered showerhead. The product is designed to filter water to be gentler on a person’s hair. Finally, Claire uncovered a pricey Dyson hairdryer, retailing for upwards of $400. The items prompted the TikTokker to speculate that her Hinge date either had a secret girlfriend or he was gay.
Thousands of viewers chimed in offering their theories. Many believed the items in the bathroom belonged to a woman, and suspected the Hinge date was a cheater.
Meanwhile, another TikTok detective declared that the man was possibly homosexual, saying: “I don’t see a curler with the Dyson, so likely gay.” However, others urged Claire not to rush to judgment. One stated: “Very small chance. But slim possibility he had a girlfriend and she moved out.”
Claire didn’t disclose whether she asked the man about the bathroom items, but others railed against her for filming in his home. “Such a low move to post this for clout. Knowing the situation and still putting this on blast? Grow up” one raged. The Post has reached out to Claire for comment.
