Union asks for the Guards to be fixed in schools and public servants demand summons to work in the units
Inspection in schools in the Capital has mobilized both active public security professionals and, for example, civil servants who have not yet been summoned by the Metropolitan Civil Guard. This week the category’s Union sent a letter where it states that 820 servants would be needed to monitor CEINF’s and Municipal Public Schools. To act on the scene and demand summons, candidates from the last Guard contest made a ‘solidarity protest’ in Hemosul this Saturday (15).
The document, made by Sindgm Campo Grande (Union of Municipal Guards), was sent to the Municipal Secretary of Security and Social Defense, Anderson Gonzaga and provides for the setting up of Civil Guards in schools as a possible preventive solution.
“Considering that between CEINF’s and Schools we have 205 units, we would then employ the maximum number of 820 servers for such activity, since through the scales for meeting the school safety plan on school days we would have legal permissiveness for the use of on-duty scales 12 by 36, reducing the employment of quantitative personnel, this proposal being fully feasible”.
Solidarity protest – The 173 candidates selected in the last Metropolitan Civil Guard contest, but who have not yet been called, claimed that electronic monitoring, through the installation of the panic button in schools, announced by the Campo Grande city hall on Tuesday (11) is unfeasible. , since there are students prepared to carry out the activity. The mechanism is a direct communication channel between the units and the Metropolitan Civil Guard and would be placed in schools.

Throughout the day, the 173 candidates must attend Hemosul for blood donation. “We have a WhatsApp group, there the people who finished and haven’t been summoned gave this idea, at the same time we are helping the people who are in need of blood and we take our cause. We are trying to help twice.”
