Instagram users around the world are complaining about social media issues. The failure affected, in particular, the USA, Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Bulgaria. In Russia, problems are reported by residents of Moscow.
Complaints started arriving late the night before, October 14th. 67% of users do not open the Instagram application, 20% do not work its web version. 13% do not have a connection to the service, it follows from the data of the Downdetector portal.
This is the second Instagram outage in a week. The social network has promised that it will warn about crashes in the application, while this feature is only available to US users.
