How to add music to your profile with the new Instagram update
- Update the application: Make sure you have the latest version of Instagram installed on your device. Go to the app store (App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android) and check if you have any updates available.
- Access your profile: Open the platform and tap on your profile picture located in the lower right corner. There you must click on the button “Edit profile” which is located just below your name and photo.
- Select music option: Find and tap the option “Add song” o “Music”. This feature should appear in the personal information section.
- Search and choose a song: Once there, you will have a wide variety of songs along with a search engine that will allow you to choose more easily. Once this is done, you will have to select the specific fragment that you want to be played on your profile.
- Save changes: Finally, tap the “Done” button to apply the changes, and then you will have the selected song visible on your profile.
