Instant discounts, gifts… Picard launches its new digital loyalty card

by time news

After the transformation of the stores, since Monday, Picard is reviewing its loyalty card from top to bottom. If you were already one of the 9 million members of their loyalty program, your account has automatically been switched to version 2.0. The card, now completely digital, remains free. Main change: it becomes more advantageous!

While with Picard & Moi, customers were only entitled to a 5% reduction on a selection of products, the new program, Picard & Nous, offers a reduction of up to 30% on 80 references from catalog. On the “snacking” formula (dish, dessert and drink, or two dishes), available from 5.50 euros, cardholders benefit from a 10% discount all year round.

10 points for every 10 euros of cumulative purchases

Another novelty, expected by customers, is also making its appearance: a points counter. It rewards customers with 10 points for every 10 euros of cumulative purchases, whether in store, on the website or via the application. Good news for those who make small baskets, no need to reach 10 euros of purchases each time. By taking the snacking formula for example, after two checkouts, the 10 euros are reached, which allows you to start collecting points.

From now on, everything is counted and fun. Confetti scrolls across your screen at each validated point level. When the counter displays 100 cumulative points, your favorite product from a selection is offered to you.

You can accept the gift, decide to donate it to a food bank, or save your points to access the next reward tiers. At 700 points, the advantages are transformed into experiences: cooking lessons, wine box, consultation with a dietician… The last level, at 3000 points, offers two vouchers of 50 euros to the holder of the map.

During the year, customers can also try to win contests for industrial tourism by visiting a factory, discovering future products exclusively, or taking part in tasting evenings.

No worries for the regulars: the new program has retained its trademark: for your birthday, the Picard chocolate fondant, offered, is still on the menu.
