MERANO. Warning to haters, to “keyboard lions”: the police, in case of offenses, intervenes. Opinions and judgments expressed on the web and on social networks are subject to the same rules and laws that regulate normal interpersonal relationships and those with institutions: consequently, offenses and insults expressed via social media constitute crimes aggravated by the use of a means of mass communication”.
