Intel Set to Launch New Meteor Lake Processors for Laptops
Intel is supposed to officially launch its new processors for the laptop market next week, on December 14, under the new Core Ultra branding. Although details about the models to be launched have been limited, Samsung has already introduced a new computer based on the Core Ultra 7 155H processor, which features a 6+8+2 computing core processor with support for 22 work capillaries.

This processor belongs to the performance family of the Meteor Lake processors, with the performance core operating at a base speed of 3.8 GHz and a turbo speed of 4.8 GHz. The computer, called the Galaxy Book 4 Ultra, will have a 16-inch OLED screen with 2K resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz, along with 32 GB of RAM and a 1 TB drive for storage. The graphics card is NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 4050.

Reports indicate that Samsung is also planning to launch a configuration with the Core Ultra 9 185H processor, which offers the same core configuration but a turbo speed of 5.1 GHz for the performance cores. This version of the computer will come with a GeForce RTX 4070, but it won’t be available until the second half of 2024, coinciding with Intel’s launch of the processor.

The launch of these new processors is highly anticipated, as they are expected to bring significant performance improvements to the laptop market. Stay tuned for more information next week.
