Traffic for lorries is intense at some of the border points with Romania, Serbia and Turkey for lorries, the General Directorate of Border Police announced on its website. The information is based on data as of 18:00.
On the border with Romania, traffic is intense at the Kardam, Vidin, Oryahovo and Nikopol border checkpoints at the exit for trucks.
On the border with Serbia, the traffic is intense at the “Kalotina” checkpoint at the exit for trucks. Construction and installation activities for reconstruction and modernization are being carried out at the checkpoint. This necessitates a temporary narrowing of the road lanes and a reorganization of the movement of passing vehicles. During the holidays crossing times for passenger cars may be extended.
On the border with Turkey, the traffic is intense at the Kapitan Andreevo checkpoint at the exit for trucks.
On the border with Greece, traffic is normal at all border checkpoints. Only cars and minibuses can pass through the Makaza, Zlatograd and Ivaylovgrad border crossing points.
