Simona Inzaghi Celebrates (Reuters)
Simona Inzaghi will continue at Inter. The Italian coach who recorded a great debut season with the blue-blacks and lost the scudetto to city rival Milan only in the last round will continue in the fashion capital, the esteemed journalist Fabrizio Romano reported today (Tuesday). The 46-year-old coach, who won the cup with the team this season, will try to return the championship to Narnazuri as well and will stay on the lines until 2024. Inzaghi will also have the option to extend for another year in accordance with the decisions of the club’s heads.
It seems that with the signing, the acquisition that will remain the main target of Inter this summer is Paolo Dybala. The 28-year-old Argentine striker is debating where to go after more than a decade at Juventus, being linked with clubs such as PSG, Roma, Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester United. As you may recall, Dybala has already announced the departure of the Bianconeri and is leaving the audience.
Who is still unsure about his next season is Ivan Frisic. Now that Inter have announced the extension of Inzaghi’s contract, the Croatian left – winger is considering whether to stay in the team or follow the various offers he holds.
