This Friday, the National Social Security Administration made official the possibility of making a change in the ownership of the beneficiary who accessed one of the loans provided by the ANSES Credits program.
Thus, through Resolution 80, the body chaired by Fernanda Raverta will implement the option taking into account “that the applicant meets the current requirements for such ownership.”
In article 1 of the text that was published in the Official Gazette, it is stated that: “Approving the change of ownership of the benefit originated in Law No. 24,714, and its amendments, which is affected by the granting of a loan from the “CRÉDITOS ANSES” Program, to the extent that the applicant meets the requirements in force for said ownership and assume the debt of the credit in the conditions initially agreed with the person taking the same until its total cancellation”.
How to apply for an ANSES Loan
1) Enter My ANSES with CUIL and Social Security Password;
2) Gather all the documentation: you will need your last copy of your DNI to start the application;
3) Make the formal request: in the menu I chose the option ANSES credits > Apply for credit – Retirement and Pensions;
4) Choose amount and payment term: you will be able to simulate the amount and number of installments. I chose the option of term and amount that you prefer. Once you have verified all your data (your ID, the CBU or account where you are going to collect, the amount and selected fees) you will be able to send the request.
