This past Wednesday, the team of Brawl Stars made our heads explode, introducing the possible new brawler, and with a new hypercharge ability. A double bombshell in that more than fantastic animation, and without anyone fully understanding what was happening.
mysteries for a September Brawl Talk which is almost imminent, and where there will be many of those doubts that will be resolved. In large part thanks to the new roadmap that will reveal what the Supercell team has planned for the short, medium and long-term future of their title.
But back to the topic at hand, hypercharge has us all on edge. What is it? Well, thanks to the colleagues CLBwe discovered that a hypercharge prototype already existed in the internal files for the brawlers. And for a practical example, this one that is shown to us with Doug.

Surrounding the yellow bar that marks the progress of the super, another red hypercharge bar appears, and that in the gameplay, when it’s complete, translates to Doug’s attack turning gold instead of its usual blue. Assuming that, in this example, the attack will do more damage, and possibly also heal more.
A hypercharge that also has a slight cooldown, so as not to hit three quick basics with hypercharge. It doesn’t seem like it’s much, or maybe with each brawler it’s different, but it will take a time close to a second to be able to land hypercharged basics.
Of course, from said to fact, there is a stretch. AND only in the Brawl Talk we will leave doubts, since with what was officially announced, and this leak, a wide range of possibilities opens up. Well, what they had planned with this prototype has been able to change a lot.
