International Leasing will not pay dividends to shareholders

The board of directors of International Leasing and Finance Services Limited, a listed company in the financial sector of the capital market, has decided not to pay dividends to the shareholders. The board of directors of the company has taken this decision after reviewing the audited financial report for the financial year ended 31 December 2023.

International Leasing will not pay dividends to shareholders

On Sunday (September 8), Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) said this information.

According to the data, the consolidated loss per share (EPS) of the company for the year ended was Rs.(11.07). Loss per share was Rs (8.05) in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.

As on December 31, 2023, the company had a negative net asset value (NAV) per share of Rs (173.31).

According to information, the annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on September 30 to approve the decision not to pay the dividend by consensus of the shareholders. And the record date in this regard has been fixed on September 26.
