Interruption of DBS Bank e-service for the third day

by time news

Some customers have reported that the DBS Bank e-service has been disrupted for the third day in a row.

DBS Bank said on Facebook at 10pm last night that the service had returned to normal.

The bank said it was closely monitoring the situation and thanked customers for their patience.

However, some customers said that they could not make the transaction through the e-bank account even this morning.

Some users on Facebook report that every time they click, the home page appears instead of the appropriate page.

The Monetary Board of Singapore has said it will consider taking appropriate oversight action in connection with the service disruption.

The board said it considered the service interruption “serious” and urged DBS to conduct a comprehensive investigation.

It also asked DBS to identify the root causes of the disruption and make the necessary adjustments.
