DECRYPTION – The number two in sport in France has just obtained the takeover of Go Sport stores at the helm of the court. A network complementary to its own which allows it to establish itself in the Paris region.

The distributor has undertaken to take over 72 Go Sport stores out of 81, corresponding to 1,478 employees, or 90% of Go Sport jobs. Intersport will pay 35 million euros to take over the brand, when its British competitor, wishing to set up in France, only offered 10 million.
