Intimate video blackmail: the mayor of Saint-Étienne indicted

Seven months after the Mediapart revelations, Gaël Perdriau was indicted for “blackmail” on intimate video against one of his assistants. The former director of the mayor’s cabinet and two other protagonists of this plot are also being prosecuted for acts of blackmail but also for the use of public funds that may have made it possible to finance the operation.
