Inventive Retail Group (IRG, owned by the son of the founder of “Lanit” Georgy Gens Philip) bought a ready-made online store for the first time, the group’s representative Lyudmila Semushina told Vedomosti. We are talking about “Rumikom” – an online seller of equipment from the Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi.
In “Rumikom” the deal was confirmed, and the representative of Xiaomi knows about it. Under its terms, the buyer receives a domain name, intellectual property rights, a warehouse, a customer base and Rumikom’s social media accounts, IRG notes.
