jpnn.comJAKARTA – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has scheduled an examination of the President Director of PT Aset Prima Tama Agus Yulianto Putro on Tuesday (10/9).

In addition, the Corruption Eradication Committee also summoned the Finance Manager of PT Aset Prima Tama Daru Kartiko and the Equipment and Logistics Division Achmad Baedowi.

The three people were questioned as witnesses in the alleged corruption case of the road construction project in East Kalimantan involving the East Kalimantan National Road Implementation Center/BBPJN.

“The examination was carried out at the Sragen Police, Jl. Bhayangkara, Sragen Regency, Central Java,” said KPK Spokesperson Tessa Mahardika in her statement.

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has named the Head of the National Road Implementation Center (BBPJN) Type B Work Unit of East Kalimantan (Kaltim), Rahmat Fadjar, as a suspect in an alleged bribery case in a road procurement project in the East Kalimantan region.

In addition to Rahmat, the KPK has also named four other suspects in this case. The four are Riado Sinaga as the Decision Making Officer (PPK) at the National Road Implementation Area 1 East Kalimantan, Abdul Nanang Ramis as the owner of PT Fajar Pasir Lestari, Hendra Sugiarto as a staff of PT Fajar Pasir Lestari, and Nono Mulyatno as the Director of CV Bajasari.

Rahmat and Riado are suspected of receiving bribes amounting to Rp1.4 billion from Nanang, Hendra, and Nono.

The bribe money was given so that Nanang, Hendra, and Nono’s company would get the project for the procurement of national roads in Region I in East Kalimantan Province. Among them were the improvement of Simpang Batu-Laburan road worth Rp49.7 billion and the preservation of the Shellfish-Lolo-Kuaro road worth Rp1.1 billion.

The Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) continues to investigate the alleged corruption case in the road construction project in East Kalimantan.
