jpnn.comJAKARTA – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has scheduled an examination of the Head of the Legal Division at PT BGR Logistik Indonesia, Noor Rachmat, on Monday (22/7).
Noor Rachmat was questioned as a witness in alleged corruption related to the Social Assistance (Bansos) Program for Beneficiary Families (KPM) in the 2020-2021 Family Hope Program (PKH) within the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos).
“The examination was carried out at the KPK’s Red and White Building K4,” said KPK Spokesperson Tessa Mahardika in her statement.
It is not yet known what examination material the investigators want to investigate with the witness.
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is developing a social assistance (bansos) corruption case that ensnared former Minister of Social Affairs (Mensos) Juliari Batubara and former Transjakarta CEO who is also a former PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (BGR) Kuncoro Wibowo.
Currently, the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) has stepped up its handling of alleged corruption cases in the procurement of social assistance.
In this case, the KPK has named a suspect, namely the advisory team of PT Primalayan Teknologi Persada (PTP) Ivo Wongkaren as a suspect in the case. Ivo has previously been prosecuted in a social assistance distribution case. (tan/jpnn)
