by time news

Jharkhand Mukti Morcha leader Hemant Soran was the Chief Minister of Jharkhand. The Mukti Morcha party works in alliance with the Congress. In this case, the Enforcement Department is investigating the illegal money transfer case against Hemant Soran, claiming that he was involved in money fraud related to mining irregularities.

In this regard, the Enforcement Department sent summons to Hemant Soran 7 times, but he did not appear for the hearing. Following this, the Enforcement Department had sent a letter to Hemant Soran asking him to appear for the investigation by January 20. To that, Soren had written to the enforcement department asking him to be interrogated at his residence in Ranchi. After this, the enforcement officials kept Hemant Soran at his residence and conducted an investigation.

At the same time, the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha party protested against the enforcement department investigating Hemant Soran. Following this, Hemant Soran was arrested by the enforcement department after investigation. Due to this he resigned from his post. Subsequently, Sambhai Soran, who was the Minister of Transport in his cabinet, was elected as the new Chief Minister and took office yesterday (02-02-24).

In this situation, the Enforcement Department had filed a petition on behalf of Hemant Soran in the Supreme Court regarding the arrest of former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soran. At that time, the Supreme Court refused to hear Hemanta Soran’s petition and advised him to go to the Jharkhand High Court. Following this, senior lawyer Kapil Sibal, appearing for Hemanta Soran, said, “If the Supreme Court refuses to hear the appeal of the victims, where will they go? For which cases can come to the Supreme Court. Declare which ones you should not visit.

Never before in Indian history has a sitting Chief Minister been arrested. The aim of the Union BJP Government is that there should be no opposition Chief Ministers in India. Union BJP government plans to treat Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal like Hemanta Soran. The aim of the united BJP government is to establish a BJP government in Delhi as well. Hemant Soran will be prosecuted in 10 more cases to keep him out of jail. “BJP’s objective is to put Hemant Soran in jail and gain in the Lok Sabha elections,” he said.
