Co-hosted by BMCE Capital Bourse and BMCE Capital Global Research, the Moroccan Equity Summit aims to create an environment conducive to investment opportunities and business expansion.

Speaking on this occasion, the Managing Director of BMCE Capital Bourse, Majd Guebbas, said: “This summit positions itself as a privileged place for meeting and exchange between Moroccan and foreign investors, as well as with Moroccan and international issuers. It offers a unique platform to strengthen economic ties and promote investment opportunities in Morocco and beyond.”

“In addition, through the real-time webcasting of the meetings, foreign investors have the opportunity to participate in the meetings digitally. This broadens the reach of the event and facilitates the inclusion of international participants, thus strengthening the overall impact of the summit,” he added.

Mr. Guebbas also expressed his satisfaction “to see a constant increase in the number of participants each year. This event is becoming essential in the Moroccan financial landscape, which demonstrates the confidence of our clients, partners and issuers.”

“This growth reflects not only the increased interest in investment opportunities in Morocco, but also the recognition of the quality and relevance of the discussions generated by the Moroccan Equity Summit,” he said.

For his part, the Deputy Managing Director of BMCE Capital Global Research, Hicham Saadani, stated: “BMCE Capital, true to its habit, strives to foster a calm climate and rich exchanges between issuers and investors. It is in this context that our group organized this major financial event in Morocco which aims to bring together and connect around forty investors with more than thirty issuers.”

“This year, the event is seeing the participation of new Moroccan issuers who were not present during the last two editions. We are also proud to welcome issuers from West Africa and Tunisia. These two regions are markets where our group is already present and benefits from developed coverage. This reinforced presence underlines our commitment to a pan-African vision, essential to the DNA of our group,” he said.

Mr. Saadani also shared the vocation of this summit “which seeks to share this pan-African vision with all investors, whether Moroccan, West African or Tunisian, by creating a space for exchange and collaboration to encourage fruitful investment opportunities and strengthen economic ties between these different regions.”

“The Moroccan Equity Summit thus continues to evolve and establish itself as an essential event for pan-African finance,” stressed Mr. Saadani.

During this meeting, participants had the opportunity to benefit from meetings and workshops specially designed to optimize exchanges and guide their investment decisions. These interactive sessions not only strengthen professional networks, but also share new knowledge and strategies.
