GUINEAN ASSOCIATION FOR FAMILY WELFARE (AGBEF)
INVITATION TO TENDER
AGBEF is a non-profit association created on December 10, 1984 under the initiative of a group of 28 volunteers, including 13 women, belonging to various socio-professional categories and unanimously concerned about the high infant and maternal mortality in Guinea. It has been recognized by the Guinean Government by Order No. 516/MTAS/CAB/05/85 of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs. It is a national NGO, a full member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF).
To supply these clinics in Conakry, Kindia, Kissidougou, Guéckédou, N’Zérékoré, Kankan and Labé with essential drugs as part of the implementation of its annual program funded by IPPF, AGBEF is launching the this invitation to tender for the supply of:

1-Invitation to tender and participation in the call for tenders;
All commercial companies legally established in the Republic of Guinea and having the essential drugs and quality laboratory reagents mentioned above for clinical services can submit a bid for this call;
2-Preparation and submission of offers
Tenders must be submitted in Guinean franc in sealed envelopes and separated into three:
– An A4 envelope for the administrative offer including
• A copy of the RCCM;
• A copy of the approval;
• A copy of the proof of payment of taxes and duties
An A4 envelope for the technical offer containing the documents proving the experience of the company, concerning the subject of this call for tenders;
• Professional references (list and complete addresses of the structures for which you have carried out similar services;
An A4 envelope for the offer including
•Unit prices in Guinean francs;
• The period of validity of the financial offer
•The desired terms of payment.
The three A4 envelopes of the offers above must be in an A3 envelope marked: Offer for the supply of SAA drugs.
Deadline for submission of tenders: Tenders must be delivered physically to the AGBEF secretariat located at Kipé or by mail : [email protected]Telephone 621 45 34 17 / 622 18 03 46, at the latest July 11, 2023 at 3 p.m. sharp.
Opening of the envelopes : The bid opening date is set for July 12, 2023 at 11 a.m. at AGBEF headquarters and in the presence of the representatives of the bidders present.
Supply contract: A contract will be signed between AGBEF and the contractor.
