The Archbishopric of Santiago reacted to the appearance of a woman’s body in the commune of Ñuñoawhich was left on the street by a supposed nun.
The latest information shows that an 80-year-old woman abandoned the body of her 58-year-old friend on Los Talaveras Street, who had died a year ago.

In this regard, the archbishopric clarified that “The elderly woman who lives in her private home in Nuñoa is not religious, nor does she belong to an institute of consecrated life of the Catholic Church. Her daughter is religious and came from Italy a short time ago to take care of her.”
“In relation to the deceased woman, we have no record that she is a religious or consecrated woman of this Archdiocese,” he added in a public statement.
