Apple and Samsung, two of the largest manufacturers of smartphones in the world, these days compete to win new users or keep the faithful who have accompanied them for so many years. In the middle of that battle are its two most recent bets in the high-end segment: the iPhone 14 Pro Max and the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
Two teams that input stand out due to elegant design and some camera systems that stand out not only for the powerful capabilities of the sensors they have, but also for their design: both have three rather imposing lenses.
Let’s start with the processors, the brains of each of the devices. In Apple’s bet, it has the Bionic A16, surpassing the A15 of the previous model (iPhone 13). It also has an updated Qualcomm Adreno GPU, which has been significantly improved in both performance and energy efficiency: in approximately 30 minutes it achieves about 70% charge. It also offers ultra-low light video capture, multi-frame noise reduction, and 200MP photo capture.
How are the cameras of the iPhone 14 Pro Max and the Galaxy S23 Ulta?
The first difference you have in the cameras is the number of megapixels in the main lens.
While that of the 14 Pro Max is a 48 MP wide angle, the S23 Ultra comes with 200 MP (also wide angle).
