The BCCI is involved in all the work required to host the IPL 2022 series in India. In the first phase, the BCCI plans to hold league matches in Maharashtra and knockout rounds in Gujarat. Difficulty getting to the playoffs:
Former India captain Akash Chopra has accused the Mumbai Indians of making Group A difficult in terms of the newly formed IPL format. Following is what he said on his YouTube page. “Mumbai Indians will face Kolkata, Rajasthan, Delhi and Lucknow in two matches each. Also have 2 matches against Chennai.
