The three new IPOs include one from the main board—Property share REIT—and two from the SME segment: Efforts of Finance Services and Emerald Tire Manufacturers Limited. this presents a robust possibility for investors, especially considering the diverse sectors these companies represent. With the Indian market becoming the second-largest for IPOs this year after the U.S., the potential for ample returns is tangible.

Mr.Mehta: The Property Share REIT is notable for its large issue size of Rs 352.91 crore. It’s geared to open on December 2 and close on December 4, with an anticipated listing on December 9. Investors should prepare for a competitive bidding habitat, especially given the expected premium pricing. Since it’s a REIT focused on real estate, it may attract investors looking for stable income returns through real estate exposure.
Editor: And what about the SMEs? How should investors approach the offerings from Efforts of Finance Services and Emerald Tire Manufacturers Limited?
Mr.Mehta: The efforts of these SMEs to tap into the market can be enticing as well, even though they come with their own risk profiles. The Efforts of Finance Services IPO opens for bidding from December 4 to December 6, with a price band between Rs 170 to Rs 180. Mr.Mehta: December is typically a quieter month for IPOs, so investors may need to prepare for fewer opportunities. Mr. Mehta: My primary advice is to do thorough research on the companies and their sectors. Understand their financial health, business models, and growth prospects. It’s equally critically important to set a clear investment strategy: know how much you’re willing to invest and stick to your limits. Lastly, keep an eye on market trends and be prepared for fluctuations. The IPO market can be volatile, but with the right approach, it can be very rewarding.
