iQOO Neo 7 SE battery and charging speed confirmed

by time news

iQOO is preparing to introduce iQOO 11 series and iQOO Neo 7 SE. These devices will arrive in China on December 2nd, and to keep the hype alive, the company has been pushing out a massive wave of teasers. Today, it’s time to share some tidbits on the iQOO Neo 7 SE charging and battery specifications. The upcoming mid-range will bring some of the best technology that the Vivo sub-brand has on hand.

iQOO Neo 7 SE battery and charging details

According to a new teaser, iQOO Neo 7 SE is confirmed to feature a 5,000mAh battery and 120W fast charging. The mid-range phone is excellent, but that charging speed ruins some phones in the flagship segment. These are the same specs found in the vanilla iQOO Neo 7. For those unaware, the SE is the cheaper variant with slightly lowered specs. For example, iQOO Neo 7 has Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, while the new one will bring the lower Dimensity 8200.

The brand states that the Neo 7 SE will charge from 1% to 60% in 10 minutes. However, users will get different results because iQOO announces the charging time based on its tests in a controlled environment. In any case, we don’t expect real-world tests to be very far from this.

The company has not disclosed the entire spec sheet. However, the leaks did. The phone will come with Dimensity 8200 and will have up to 16GB of RAM with 512GB of internal storage. The camera setup is the same as the regular iQOO Neo 7. Moreover, we expect to run Android 13 with OriginOS right out of the box.

On the same date, iQOO will unveil iQOO 11 and iQOO 11 Pro. These phones will pack the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 standard, UFS 4.0 and standard LPDDR5X RAM. Vanilla will bring the same battery and charging as the iQOO Neo 7 SE. On the other hand, the Pro may bring a 4,700mAh battery with support for 200W fast charging.
