“Irada and Mental Health Complex in Riyadh Calls for Addicts to Seek Treatment and Benefit from Government Efforts in Combating Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances”

The Irada and Mental Health Complex in Riyadh called on addicts to narcotics and psychotropic substances to benefit from the efforts made by the government to combat narcotic substances and psychotropic substances, dry up their sources, arrest smugglers, promoters and those who possess them, in addition to providing treatment and rehabilitation services.

The complex urged all those afflicted with addiction to this scourge to take the initiative and seek treatment as soon as possible, stressing that all narcotic substances are dangerous to the user, his family and even his community.

The complex emphasized that addiction treatment and recovery from it requires a sincere desire to get rid of addiction, while undergoing treatment programs and supportive rehabilitation services, in addition to family and community support to assist the recovering person in his recovery journey.

It is noteworthy that the “Irada” complex is a therapeutic and rehabilitative body that provides educational services, through which the service is provided to the beneficiaries while preserving their rights guaranteed to them by the regulations.

Opening a medical file for an addict does not affect his career and social future, and seeking treatment in the complex does not set a precedent for the patient, even if he was forcibly brought in at the request of the family through the drug control or other security agencies.
