/ The Iraqi national football team will face its Jordanian counterpart next Monday, in the round of 16 of the 2023 Asian Nations Cup finals, which are taking place in Qatar.
The match will be held at 2:30 pm, at Khalifa International Stadium in the Qatari capital, Doha.
The matches in the round of 16 in the Asian Cup for the officially qualified teams, which will start next Sunday, will be as follows: Saudi Arabia vs. South Korea, Australia vs. Indonesia, Iraq vs. Jordan, the UAE vs. Tajikistan, Qatar vs. Palestine, Uzbekistan vs. Thailand, and Japan vs. Bahrain. And Syria with Iran.
The Iraqi national football team topped the fourth group with a full score of 9 points after achieving a victory over its Vietnamese counterpart, 3-2, yesterday, Wednesday, in the 2023 Asian Football Cup competitions.
The Jordanian national team came in third place in the fifth group with 4 points, while the fifth group was led by Bahrain in first place with 6 points, and the South Korean national team came in second place with 5 points, and finally Malaysia came in fourth place with one point.
