Delhi: Governor Arif Mohammad Khan has termed historian Irfan Habib who tried to attack him during the History Congress as a street hooligan. There is a conspiracy in the encroachment attempt against him. The governor said that Kannur VC is a co-accused in this conspiracy.
The historic Congress was held in Kannur in 2019. He went to the History Congress after being called by the Kannur V.C. But there was an attack against him. The attack was planned by Moon Kuti in Delhi. The Governor also asked if it is the work of an academic to come to physical attack.
This is now pointed out to clarify the criminal mind of Kannur V.C. But I don’t want to be a complainer. The governor said that if a complaint was to be filed, it could have been done three years ago. I will act according to the constitution. The governor also stated that he will not sign any paper against the constitution.
