The new iryo connection from Barcelona to Seville will begin with four daily frequencies, two round trips, and stops in Zaragoza, Madrid and Córdoba. Additionally, between June 15 and September 14, 2024, one of the frequencies will also stop in Tarragona. The number of places that will be offered per year for this link will be 673,060 and with these services Catalonia will be connected to Andaluca in about five hours and fifty minutes.
On the one hand, the times originating in Barcelona will be 09:50 and 1:45 p.m. with arrival at 3:36 p.m. and 7:39 p.m., respectively, in Seville. On the other hand, with origin in the Andalusian capital and destination to the city of Barcelona, departures will be at 06:54 with arrival at 12:45 and 16:20 hours to end their journey at the final destination at 22:10. hours.
Tickets for this new route are available on the iryo website from October 31 and November at authorized points of sale. This expansion of high-speed services joins those currently provided in the Spanish market. Iryo inaugurated its operations on November 25, 2022 and connects the cities of Madrid, Zaragoza, Barcelona, Tarragona, Cuenca, Valencia, Alicante, Albacete, Crdoba, Seville and Malaga.
