We emphasize one fact that the disregard of executive officers to Article 68 of the law “On the Execution” of persons with disabilities of war and military service concerns the amount paid for the injuries they received while performing their duties, and persons with disabilities of the 1st step from their pension. Articles 68.1.2 and 68.1.3 of the law prohibit directing the request to pensions, allowances, pensions of people with war disabilities, as well as people with disabilities of the first degree. Instead of enforcing the law, executive officials pull up a fake executive order and court action. Such facts are enough, but since this is not our topic, let’s move on to the topic we brought up in the title.
The email of the Ministry of Justice, which worked very well, @justice.gov.az, has not been accepting applications for a long time. It is not possible to apply to any institution of the Ministry of Justice with this post. Immediately, it is reported that the message, letter is not delivered, there is a problem. Perhaps the Minister has also “fired” the e-mail? It is not reasonable. Why is a new person appointed to replace the one who was dismissed, but no new person was appointed to replace the domain @justice.gov.az.
