“Is the Education Certificate of PM Modi Fabricated?”

by time news

The Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal, has expressed concern over the Gujarat High Court’s decision not to provide copies of Prime Minister Modi’s degree certificates. According to Kejriwal, having an uneducated or undereducated Prime Minister could be dangerous for the country, and there could be only two reasons why Modi was not showing his educational certificates. Either he was too proud to show them or the certificates were fake. Earlier, Kejriwal filed a petition to provide copies of the Prime Minister’s degree certificates under the Right to Information Act. However, Justice Bren Vaishnav of the Gujarat High Court revoked the order of the Chief Information Commissioner and stated that the Prime Minister’s Office, Gujarat, and Delhi Universities were not obligated to provide details of Modi’s educational certificates. Additionally, the judge fined Kejriwal for raising the issue.

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has said that the Gujarat High Court’s decision not to provide copies of degree certificates of Prime Minister Modi raises many questions.

Regarding this, Arvind Kejriwal said, “An illiterate or less educated Prime Minister is dangerous for the country. There can be only two reasons why the Prime Minister does not show his education certificates. One is his ego. He may think that he does not need to show his education certificate to anyone. But in a democracy, such practices are acceptable. “No. The second reason is that the degree must be fake.”

Earlier, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal filed a petition seeking an order to provide copies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s degree certificates under the Right to Information Act (RTI) amid opposition parties questioning Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s educational qualifications.

On inquiry, the Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) directed the Communications Officer of the Prime Minister’s Office, the Communications Officers of Gujarat University and Delhi Universities to provide the details of Prime Minister Modi’s undergraduate and postgraduate degree certificates. Against this, a petition was filed in Gujarat High Court on behalf of Gujarat University. The petition came up for hearing yesterday in the presence of single judge Brene Vaishnav.

Justice Bren Vaishnav, who heard the case, quashed the order of the Chief Information Commissioner. He also ordered that the Prime Minister’s Office, Gujarat and Delhi Universities do not need to provide details of Prime Minister Modi’s educational certificates. It is also noteworthy that Judge Brene Vaishnav announced that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will be fined Rs.
