Many Hamas terrorists are reported to have had the battle cry “Allahu Akbar” on their lips during their October 7 massacre in Israel. This means: “God is greater”. It is reasonable to assume that the terror secured religious legitimacy in this way. This elevates the evil act and gives it theological meaning. It would then be the will of God to exterminate the Jews and “liberate” Palestine.
