SAO PAULO (Reuters) – ISA Cteep said on Monday that it was qualified for lot 1 of the auction for transmission lines nº 01/2023, held at the end of June, by the National Electric Energy Agency (Aneel).
The Genesis consortium, which had won lot 1 of the auction, the second largest energy transmission project offered, was disqualified in the qualification phase, leading ISA Cteep, which came in second place in the dispute for the asset, to be summoned by Aneel .
“In this way, ISA Cteep is the winner of lot 1 with an Annual Allowed Revenue bid (RAP) of 284 million reais for the execution of the project that is located in the states of Bahia and Minas Gerais”, said the energy transmitter in relevant fact.
The project has investments of 3.16 billion reais, 3 substations with a transformation capacity of 3,177 MVA and construction of 1,100 kilometers of transmission lines, according to a market document.
