Fatorda: ATK Mohun Bagan is second in the Indian Super League (ISL 2021-22) behind Kerala Blasters. ATK finished second, beating North East United by three goals to one. Johnny Kauko, Liston Colaco and Manveer Singh scored the goals for ATK. The only goal of the North East was scored by Malayalee player VP Zuhair.

North East took the first lead in the match. Zuhair’s goal was assisted by Marcelino. But the celebration lasted only five minutes. Couco scored the equalizer with an assist from Colaco. The second goal was scored in the 45th minute. Kauko thanked him for helping with the first goal this time. Colaco shook the net. Manveer scored the third goal in the 52nd minute. ATK completed the list.

With the win, ATK scored 26 points in 14 matches. North East remain in last place with 10 points from 17 games. The Blazers are fifth with 23 points from 14 games. Hyderabad are top with 29 points from 16 matches.

Mumbai City FC will take on Odisha tomorrow. The winning team has a chance to reach the top four. Odisha are currently seventh with 21 points from 15 matches. Mumbai are sixth with 22 points from 14 matches.
