Israel Canada announces that the company ACR Israel Canada Ram Holdings Ltd., a private company owned by the company in the proportion of P, has entered into a contract with a third party that is not related to the company and/or its controlling owners, for the sale to P of its rights in the real estate known as lots 23 24, 25 and 26 plots 3, 10 and 11 in block 6617, with a total area of ​​601.14 square meters, a garden was built in Ramat Hasharon, in Is-As condition, on which 401 units can be built for a total of 510 million NIS consisting of the repayment of a loan in the amount of about 465 million NIS, which is half of the loan taken by the seller from a bank, for the purpose of purchasing the land and about 45 million NIS to be paid in accordance with the dates and conditions established in the agreement.
