Israel’s secret service Shin Bet had found out in which room Haniya was sleeping and who else was present with him. The apartment in which Haniya was staying is considered to be a very safe area. Because here are the homes of retired officers of the Iranian army. The missile launched from the drone broke the window and fell inside the apartment. The weapon exploded after falling inside the apartment. This killed Haniya and her bodyguard.
There was a chance to kill in Qatar

In addition, according to the report, agents of the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad had the opportunity to kill Ismail Haniya in Qatar. But they waited so that Haniya’s death would be a big message. That’s why Israel waited for Haniya to go to the house of its biggest enemy.
Israel has not yet taken responsibility for the killing. But Hamas and Iran have blamed Israel for it. It is also not clear what type of missile Israel used to attack. But Iran has claimed that the missile was not fired from its territory. Other reports also say that the bomb was launched from a drone to limit the attacks. But within a few hours, Iranians started vowing revenge.
Iran vows to take revenge
Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has vowed that it is Iran’s duty to avenge Haniya’s death. Iran’s Revolutionary Guard described the killing as crossing a red line. Haniya, who lives in Qatar, has been the face of Hamas’ international diplomacy. Haniya is the highest-ranking Hamas official killed by Israel since the October 7 attack. Earlier, Israel had also killed a commander of Lebanon’s Hezbollah.
