The Israel Defense Forces will mobilize an additional 9 thousand people due to the aggravation of the situation in the Gaza Strip. The corresponding instruction was given by the Minister of Defense of the country Benny Gantz, reports The Times of Israel.
The reservists will serve in three military districts. The soldiers stationed there regularly will be sent to perform other tasks, the Defense Ministry said.
