The Israel Ports Company has launched a new website after the work of planning and setting up the new website which is being launched these days. The new website is an efficient, useful and accessible work tool for all the company’s customers, all stakeholders in the maritime communities and the general public.
The new website is up-to-date in its content, graphic design and is more accessible and user-friendly. The site was built based on experience and opinions received from the public of customers and users, with the aim of establishing a new and advanced service standard that meets all the required accessibility rules.
The formulation of the concept for the new site was accompanied by a steering committee in which the company’s employees participated.
The Israel Ports Company stated: “We are happy about the launch of the new website as part of our strategy to implement innovative technological tools aimed at making information accessible to the entire population in Israel. We adapted ourselves to the new world, and made the site more relevant and accessible for all our customers and the general public.’
