Israel: Two dead in terrorist attack in Hadera – News Abroad

Two Israelis were killed in a bloody terrorist attack in the northern Israeli city of Hadera on Sunday evening.

Four other people were treated for injuries, said the Israeli rescue service Magen David Adom.

According to media reports, the dead are police officers. One victim is male, the other female.

Images from surveillance cameras show the two men opening fire on the police officers at a bus stop. Another clip shows one of the assassins disarming one of his victims, a dead woman. A large skull can be seen on the back of his bulletproof vest.

Special forces, who apparently happened to have eaten in a neighboring restaurant, rushed into the street and shot the two attackers.

According to BILD information, the attackers are said to have posed as Israelis with false IDs and then struck. They are said to be Arabs from the north of the country.

Photos circulating on the internet show several handguns, ammunition and knives, which the killers are said to have had with them.
