## Israeli Conflict: Death Toll Rises, Tensions Escalate
The Israeli military continues its offensive in the Gaza Strip, with reports of the use of banned weapons.
The Gaza Civil Defense reported that 27 Palestinians were killed in Israeli shelling across the Strip in the past hours, including 18 in Khan Yunis. The organization accused the Israeli forces of deploying banned weaponry.
The Civil Defense stated, “We cannot reach the dead and wounded due to a lack of equipment and fuel,” highlighting the dire situation of medical aid in the conflict zone.
The conflict, now in its 307th day, has claimed the lives of 39,677 Palestinians and injured over 91,645.
In the West Bank, Israeli Foreign Minister Yisrael Katz proposed Palestinian self-governance under Israeli control of security and foreign affairs.
Katz tweeted, “We must prevent the establishment of an Iranian entity in the West Bank. This requires a new Israeli arrangement regarding the situation in the West Bank.”
The minister argued that such an arrangement is necessary to prevent regional instability.
