Israel Weather Forecast: Rainy Week Ahead with Expected Temperature Drops

Residents of the north and center woke up yesterday to a rainy morning, which is expected to continue to increase until the end of the week. Today (Wednesday) the sky will become more cloudy, with local rain expected. Towards Thursday the rains will increase and spread to other areas. The peak of the cold will be felt at the end of the week, but the winter weather is expected to accompany us until the middle of next week.

The peak of the rain will probably arrive on Friday. On Saturday, there will be a slight lull in the rains, but temperatures are still expected to be lower than normal for the season. According to the current forecast, it seems that at the beginning of next week it will continue to be cold and rainy at times. On Sunday there will be some respite during the daytime hours, but we are headed for a renewed rain system that will stay with us next week as well.

13-14 degrees in Haifa, 14-15 degrees in Nahariya, 13-17 degrees in Tiberias, 9-10 degrees in Ariel, 14-18 degrees in Tel Aviv, 9-11 degrees in Jerusalem, 14-22 degrees in the Dead Sea, 13-17 degrees in Be’er Sheva , 11-13 degrees in Mitzpe Ramon and 17-23 degrees in Eilat.

The National Center for Flood Forecasting updates on heavy rain measured during the night up the basins, beds and level.
