by time news

The conflict between the Israeli army and the Hamas movement, which dominates the Gaza Strip in Palestine, has been going on for years. Both sides have been engaged in frequent missile attacks.

In this case, Israel carried out airstrikes in the Gaza Strip yesterday. A video of smoke billowing from the seventh floor of a tall building has been released.

Palestinian officials said that 10 people, including a senior fighter, were killed and 12 people were injured.

Israel said the attacks were aimed at Islamic Jihad fighters. In a nationally televised address after the attack on Gaza, Israeli Prime Minister Yasser Lapid said the attack was based on threats against his country.

He also stated that his government would repulse any attack attempt from Gaza towards the Israeli border. He also said that Israel will not stand idly by those who try to harm its citizens.
