Jerusalem | The strength of the Israeli army at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Palestine during the holy month of Ramadan. This morning, the second Friday of Ramadan, 67 Palestinians were wounded in an attack by Israeli soldiers who stormed a mosque. Armed men stormed the church in the early hours of the morning.
The Imam of the Aqsa Mosque called on the international community to intervene to protect the sanctity and faith of the mosque. Twenty Palestinians have been killed in Israeli airstrikes in the West Bank since the start of Ramadan. Palestinian groups, including Hamas, have said they will retaliate against Israeli attacks.
Meanwhile, the United States came out in support of the Israeli attacks. US Vice President Kamala Harris has said that Israel has a right to defend itself.
