MK Zvi Sukkot walked from the large Yitzhar intersection to the Einbus square in the heart of the village of Hvara, as a protest against the lack of handling of the three shooting attacks in the village area in the last month.

Sukkot MK who joined the office of Yossi Dagan, head of the Samaria Council in the Einavos Square, said while marching with the Israeli flag towards the square: “Here on this route, on the way to all the settlements on the hill, there have been three serious shooting attacks in this place in the last month. Unfortunately, nothing significant seems to be being done to prevent the fourth attack.

I am calling from here to the Minister of Defense Yoav Galant, the checkpoints around the city of Nablus need to be returned as a matter of urgency. We need to close the trade here, take care of the traffic arrangements here and go to an uncompromising war against the enemy. It doesn’t matter if it’s Ramadan or not, you have to go to war with the enemy. This is your job, Yoav Galant, we are here to strengthen the Jewish residents of the area. We will continue to drive here on the way home.

And a message to the villagers: The attacks will not help you, the stones will not help you, the incitement will not help you. There will be more Jews here in this place, we will continue to travel here without fear.”
