Beirut, October 19. The falsity of the Israeli-American narrative regarding the bombing of the Baptist Hospital in Gaza was revealed here after the publication today of an article by the pan-Arab network Al Mayadeen.

Experts and journalists refuted with various evidence the deception that “the absence of a hole” at the site of the attack removes responsibility from Tel Aviv.

The specialists detailed that Israeli forces used American “JDAM” bombs in their raids against the Gaza Strip, which are joint direct attack munitions.

In this sense, the analysts indicated that the weaponry used was of the air explosion mode, without producing a hole and with an impact through fragments, shock waves and a fireball caused by hitting the ground.

Therefore, the absence of a hole does not exclude Israel from responsibility, and the large number of mutilated bodies immediately after what happened demonstrated the origin of the shrapnel and the impact of the explosion caused by the JDAM bomb, they stated.

In this context, the correspondent of the New York Times Aric Toler revealed that the video published by the official Israeli account “@Israel” and presented as evidence of “the moment when a missile from the Islamic Jihad movement fell on the hospital” was deleted a few minutes later.

In disproving the Israeli narrative, the experts presented screenshots of a deleted tweet from Hanania Naftali, digital advisor to the head of Benjamin Netanyahu’s government, in which she said that Israel bombed a Hamas terrorist base inside a hospital in Gaza.

On October 17 itself, the Israeli media reproduced a phrase by Security Minister Ben Gvir when he threatened that the only thing that would enter Gaza would be tons of explosives.

Incidentally, they confirmed another notable inconsistency in Israel’s official discourse: first they released an alleged audio recording of members of the resistance as proof that the cemetery located behind the hospital was the missile launch site; and later the radar map provided by the spokesman for the Tel Aviv forces Daniel Hagari, indicated that the rockets were launched from an estimated point five kilometers from the institution.

The first information released by the press clearly agreed that the massacre was the result of an Israeli bombing of the Hospital, a refuge for thousands of displaced people from the bombed and destroyed areas in the Gaza Strip.

British BBC journalist Jon Donnison noted that based on the size of the explosion, it is not difficult to see that it could be more than one Israeli airstrike or several airstrikes.

For his part, the correspondent of the American channel MSNBC spoke live from Jerusalem after the bombing and noted, “this number of casualties is not usually associated with Palestinian rockets.”

In this line of message, the editor of the North American newspaper The New York TimesMegan Stack, explained: “the military is used to quickly denying all the atrocities and violations they commit” and recalled Israel’s initial denials about the murder of journalist Shireen Abu Aqla in 2022.

Against this backdrop, the Palestinian movement Hamas confirmed that Israel contacted the directors of the 21 hospitals in the Gaza Strip, asking them to immediately evacuate their staff, since the centers are located within the geographic scope of operations.

The militia highlighted that before and during the Israeli bombing of the hospital, the Palestinian resistance did not fire any missiles, the occupation sirens were not activated, nor did the Iron Dome function; Meanwhile, dozens of reconnaissance planes did not leave the skies of the Gaza Strip.

In that sense, the priest of the Anglican Cathedral of St. George in Jerusalem, Father Don Binder, wrote days ago in a post on his Facebook account about an initial Israeli bombing of the facility that caused serious damage to the two upper floors and four employees were injured.

Finally, to support the version of Israel and the Western press, the president of the United States, Joe Biden, without having even approached the vicinity of the Strip, concluded that he trusts the information from his Department of Defense.

More than a thousand deaths, most of them children, women and the elderly, were the result of the attack on the Gaza Baptist Hospital, seen as a clear example of Israel’s persistent genocide and brutality against the Palestinian people. (Taken from PL).
