Israeli nighttime bombings in Gaza leave more than 80 dead, according to Hamas

Israel’s nightly bombings against the Gaza Strip left at least 80 people dead, the Islamist movement Hamas, which governs the besieged Palestinian territory, reported on Wednesday (25).

“More than 80 people were martyred and hundreds were injured in massacres committed by the occupation (Israel) overnight,” said a statement released by the Hamas government in Gaza.

The Israeli Army reported that it carried out “large-scale bombings in the Gaza Strip based on information from intelligence services.”
