ISRO Chief Somanath Talks to Ludhiana School Children about Chandrayaan-4 Project Development and India’s Lunar Mission Target for 2040

ISRO chief Somanath was happy to talk to school children in Ludhiana on Tuesday.

Ludhiana: ISRO chief Somanath said that the Chandrayaan-4 project is being developed.

He said to reporters while participating in various programs in Ludhiana, Punjab on Tuesday:

Prime Minister Modi has set a target for India to land on the moon in 2040. Also, ISRO is continuing the research work.

Apart from space research, ISRO is engaging students in various technological development programs in the country. Chandrayaan-4 project is being developed, he said.

Last year in August, Chandrayaan-3 made a record landing on the South Pole of the Moon.
