1. Certificate of studies issued by the university that endorses the specialty that has been studied in one of the medical units of the institute, stating the completion of 100 percent of the school credits and the total of academic activities. They must also have a maximum period of 12 months to present it. Likewise, the diploma awarded by the ISSSTE Medical Directorate.
2. In the event that the certificate lacks the average, an official certificate issued by the Medical Directorate of this institute must be attached.
3. Letter in which he states that he has high human qualities and vocation of service to the beneficiary, issued by the director of the medical unit in which he has performed the specialty.
4. Comply with the requirements established in the Job Bank Regulations and the guidelines to regulate the calls for selection of applicants graduated from medical specialties at ISSSTE.
