Considering knowledge about mining activity, it is stated that the advancement of mining in this region

A) restricts deforestation.

RESOLUTION:
In addition to causing environmental impacts, such as imbalances in the food chain and water pollution, mining activity generates conflicts (between indigenous people and miners), increasing the vulnerability of lands and indigenous peoples.
